Shipping Within New Zealand

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times: 2–5 working days depending on location. Please note that Rural deliveries depending on area in New Zealand can add on extra shipping time.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Internationally

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times: 3-10 working days depending on location. We offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact at primalpursuitnz@gmail.com if you wish to purchase and ship to countries not listed as a shipping option. Delivery times vary.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are provided at checkout. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (NZ) or 21 days (international), please contact us. We will assist you in tracking it down or arranging a solution.
